The posting

Au sein d'une entreprise spécialisée dans la fabrication et le montage d'ossatures et de structures métalliques (bâtiments industriels, entrepôts, passerelles, halles), le Monteur Soudeur en structures métalliques (CP 111) assure le travail de préparation/assemblage en atelier ainsi que le levage, le montage et le soudage des structures en acier directement sur chantier.

DESCRIPTION DES TÂCHES ET RESPONSABILITÉS

  • Montage & Assemblage de structures (Chantier & Atelier) : Assembler, élever et fixer les éléments d'ossature métallique (poutres, poteaux, chevêtres, contreventements) selon les plans de fabrication et de montage. Réaliser le boulonnage, le calage, l'alignement, le d'aplomb et le nivellement des structures métalliques. Poser des éléments de métallerie, bardages et couvertures métalliques le cas échéant.
  • Soudage & Ajustement : Réaliser les soudures d'assemblage, de raboutage et de renforcement en atelier et sur chantier (procédés Semi-automatique / MIG-MAG ou Arc à l'électrode enrobée). Effectuer le meulage, la découpe au chalumeau/disqueuse et l'ajustement des pièces sur le terrain.
  • Sécurité & Manutention : Réaliser l'élingage et le guidage des pièces d'acier lors des manœuvres de levage (grue, nacelle, chariot). Appliquer strictement les règles de sécurité liées au travail en hauteur (port du harnais, lignes de vie, nacelles PEMP). Respecter les consignes de sécurité et d'hygiène de la CP 111.
