📍 Lieu : Lillebonne (Seine-Maritime, France) 📅 Poste à pourvoir : Dès que possible 📃 Contrat : CDI

Groupe Nord Access, acteur reconnu dans le domaine des travaux d’accès difficile et en hauteur, intervient sur des sites industriels, milieux naturels et urbains à forte exigence technique. Notre savoir-faire repose sur la maîtrise des techniques d’accès sur cordes, la rigueur en matière de sécurité et la qualité de nos interventions.

Dans le cadre de notre développement, nous recherchons un(e) Chargé(e) d’Affaires Travaux en Hauteur expérimenté(e), alliant compétences techniques, sens du relationnel et solide connaissance du secteur industriel.

💼 Vos missions :

  • Développer et fidéliser un portefeuille clients (prospection, suivi, identification de nouveaux marchés) dans le domaine des travaux en hauteur et d’accès difficile
  • Entretenir des relations de proximité avec les responsables de sites, maîtres d’ouvrage, coordinateurs sécurité et autres décideurs industriels
  • Élaborer les chiffrages, rédiger les offres commerciales et négocier les contrats
  • Planifier, coordonner et superviser les interventions des techniciens cordistes et équipes terrain
  • Assurer le suivi technique, administratif et financier des projets
  • Garantir l’application stricte des règles de sécurité et de qualité propres aux travaux en hauteur
  • Être le lien principal entre les clients, les équipes techniques et la direction

🎯 Profil recherché :

  • Expérience confirmée en tant que cordiste, chargé d’affaires ou chef de projet dans les travaux en hauteur, le BTP ou la maintenance industrielle
  • Fibre commerciale développée et aisance dans la relation client
  • Bonne connaissance des environnements industriels, pétrochimiques ou du génie civil
  • Compétences en gestion de projets et coordination d’équipes terrain
  • Maîtrise des normes de sécurité et réglementations liées au travail en hauteur
  • Autonomie, rigueur, esprit d’initiative et leadership
