📝 Le poste

Notre société Scarev, spécialisée dans le désamiantage, recherche un(e) Assistant(e) Conducteur de travaux (H/F) pour accompagner ses équipes dans la gestion administrative et le suivi de ses chantiers. Le poste est basé à Allonnes (72).

Vos missions

Gestion administrative et suivi des chantiers :

  • Confirmer les dates d’intervention auprès des sous-traitants et assurer le suivi de leur planification.
  • Gérer les commandes de matériel et les demandes d’approvisionnement.
  • Organiser les demandes de mesures d’empoussièrement auprès des laboratoires.
  • Assurer les échanges avec les clients, les gardiens d’immeubles et les différents intervenants.
  • Effectuer les demandes d’accès aux sites et coordonner les démarches nécessaires aux interventions.
  • Participer à l’élaboration et à la mise à jour des plannings de chantier.
  • Mettre à jour les tableaux de suivi d’activité.
  • Préparer les dossiers de travaux et assurer l’envoi des documents administratifs nécessaires.
  • Veiller au suivi et à la bonne transmission des documents liés aux chantiers.

Suivi financier :

  • Participer au suivi de l’avancement des chantiers et à la collecte des éléments nécessaires à la facturation.
  • Contribuer au suivi des règlements clients et aux relances de paiement.
  • Assurer le suivi administratif des dossiers en lien avec les conducteurs de travaux.

🔍 Votre profil

  • Une expérience dans le secteur du BTP serait appréciée, notamment pour la connaissance des marchés de travaux, de la facturation et des documents administratifs de chantier.
  • Vous maîtrisez les outils bureautiques, notamment Word et Excel.
  • Vous êtes organisé(e), rigoureux(se), autonome et réactif(ve).
  • Vous savez gérer plusieurs dossiers simultanément et prioriser vos tâches.
  • Vous appréciez le travail en équipe et disposez d’un bon relationnel pour échanger avec les clients, les sous-traitants et les équipes internes.

  • Contrat : CDI à temps partiel, le matin.
  • Statut : ETAM.
  • Lieu : Allonnes (72).
  • Rémunération : de 1 000 € à 1 300 € brut mensuel, selon expérience.
  • Mutuelle avantageuse.
  • Travail du lundi au vendredi matin.
