📝 Le poste

VALLEE AQUITAINE recrute un Assistant logistique H/F en CDI.

Entreprise basée à MIOS et filiale du Groupe VALLEE, un des leaders du second œuvre en France, notre entreprise intervient dans le domaine de la construction et rénovation de bâtiments pour des lots de second œuvre tels que la plâtrerie, le faux plafond, la peinture, les revêtements de sols et les cloisons modulaires.

👉 Vos missions:

Réception et expédition des marchandises

  • Réceptionner et contrôler la conformité des livraisons (quantité et qualité).
  • Organiser le stockage des marchandises.
  • Préparer les commandes et organiser les expéditions.
  • Assurer le suivi des livraisons.

Gestion des stocks

  • Enregistrer les entrées et sorties de stock.
  • Réaliser les inventaires.
  • Suivre les niveaux de stock et alerter en cas de rupture.
  • Participer à l'optimisation des espaces de stockage.

Préparation de commandes

  • Préparer, emballer et conditionner les commandes.
  • Vérifier la conformité des commandes avant expédition.

Manutention

  • Charger et décharger les camions.
  • Utiliser les équipements de manutention (transpalette, chariot élévateur...).
  • Veiller au rangement et à la propreté de l'entrepôt.

Gestion administrative

  • Saisir les données dans le système informatique.
  • Gérer les documents de transport.
  • Assurer le suivi des commandes fournisseurs.

Vous êtes une personne organisée, rigoureuse et réactive. Vous appréciez le travail de terrain et savez gérer vos priorités en toute autonomie.

Compétences et qualités requises

  • Sens de l'organisation et de la rigueur.
  • Bonne condition physique.
  • Autonomie et sens des responsabilités.
  • Réactivité et capacité d'adaptation.
  • Sens du service et esprit d'initiative.
  • Maîtrise des outils informatiques et bureautiques.

Un véritable atout : la maîtrise du logiciel BATIGEST sera particulièrement appréciée.

  • Statut: ETAM
  • Travail du lundi au vendredi
  • Lieu de travail: MIOS (33)
  • Rémunération: à partir de 2100€ mensuel brut, selon profil.
