The posting

Au sein du service Gestion commercial de la marque Etam, rattaché.e à la Responsable de la Gestion Commerciale France, vous interviendrez sur les missions suivantes :

Approvisionnement et gestion des stocks

• Assurer l'approvisionnement d'un portefeuille de produits sur le réseau français, en fonction des performances et en anticipant les pics d'activité.

• Travailler en partenariat avec l'entrepôt sur la régulation des sorties de stocks, afin de garantir la fluidité de l'activité logistique et d'éviter l'engorgement en magasins.

Pilotage commercial et analyse de performance

• Travailler en duo avec les Directeurs des Ventes et leurs Directeurs Régionaux sur la gestion des stocks, le suivi commercial et l'analyse des KPI et des lignes de produits en magasin, dans le but d'optimiser les résultats des magasins qui vous seront rattachés.

• Réaliser des analyses de performance à l'échelle du réseau France pour nourrir et optimiser la stratégie commerciale de la marque.

Coordination transverse

• En relation avec les services Achat, Marketing et Merchandising, veiller à la bonne mise en place des nouveautés en magasins ainsi qu'au suivi des mises en avant produits et des opérations marketing.

Amélioration continue

• Être force de proposition et participer aux projets d'optimisation des outils de gestion du service et des magasins.

Profil Vous souhaitez rejoindre la marque leader de la lingerie en France et d’évoluer dans un environnement créatif et innovant.

Vous êtes de formation supérieure type école de commerce ou université niveau Bac +5 en gestion commerciale et/ou approvisionnement, vous recherchez une alternance responsabilisante. Vous avez le goût des chiffres et un forte capacité d'analyse.

Vous êtes reconnu.e pour votre dynamisme, votre réactivité, votre proactivité et votre excellent relationnel : vous aimez travailler en équipe et en transverse.

Vous maîtrisez Excel, et votre niveau d'anglais est professionnel.

La connaissance de SAP est un plus.

Vous êtes à la recherche d'une alternance dès septembre 2026.

Compte tenu de l’activité du pôle, nous souhaiterions un rythme : 2 jours école /3 jours entreprise ou 1 jour école / 4 jours entreprise
