Notre équipe RH Benelux, composée d’un(e) HR Manager et de Spécialistes RH, recherche un(e) stagiaire enthousiaste à partir de septembre 2025 pour soutenir les activités RH de nos boutiques en Belgique et au Luxembourg.

🎯 Tes missions

En tant que stagiaire, tu fais pleinement partie de l’équipe RH et tu contribues activement à son fonctionnement quotidien, ainsi qu'à différents projets RH :

  • Assister les Spécialistes RH dans la gestion administrative du personnel (ex. : contrats, certificats médicaux)
  • Participer au déploiement de la politique RH du Groupe Etam dans les boutiques de Belgique et du Luxembourg
  • Être le point de contact pour les questions RH des équipes en boutique (responsables, assistants, collaborateurs)
  • Contribuer à l’organisation d’événements RH et d’initiatives internes
  • Participer à des projets RH concrets et à fort impact

📌 Il ne s’agit pas d’un stage de recherche, mais bien d’une expérience pratique sur le terrain.

✅ Ton profil

  • Tu suis une formation de niveau Bachelier, Master ou Postgraduat en RH, Gestion d’entreprise, Psychologie ou équivalent
  • Tu es proactif(ve), autonome et rigoureux(se)
  • Tu es structuré(e) et attentif(ve) aux détails
  • Tu possèdes de bonnes compétences en communication et un esprit orienté service
  • Tu parles couramment le néerlandais et as une bonne connaissance du français
  • Tu es passionné(e) par le secteur du retail

Tu es également flexible, assertif(ve) et un(e) véritable joueur(se) d’équipe, motivé(e) par l’idée de contribuer à la croissance d’une entreprise dynamique.
