Als verkoopmedewerker bij ETAM ben jij het gezicht van ons merk. Je rapporteert rechtstreeks aan de Store Manager en zorgt mee voor een inspirerende winkelervaring waarin onze klanten zich welkom voelen. Met jouw enthousiasme, commerciële flair en klantgerichte aanpak draag je dagelijks bij aan het succes van de winkel.

Wat ga je doen?

  • Je verwelkomt klanten met een glimlach en geeft persoonlijk en professioneel advies.
  • Je vertegenwoordigt ETAM als echte merkambassadeur en draagt onze waarden uit.
  • Je zorgt voor een uitstekende klantenservice en informeert klanten over onze collecties, acties en loyaliteitsprogramma’s.
  • Je draagt bij aan een aantrekkelijke winkelpresentatie volgens de ETAM-merchandisingrichtlijnen.
  • Je houdt de winkel verzorgd, overzichtelijk en uitnodigend.
  • Je ondersteunt bij de dagelijkse winkelactiviteiten zoals kassawerk, voorraadbeheer en het aanvullen van de collectie.
  • Je werkt nauw samen met je collega’s om zowel commerciële als kwalitatieve doelstellingen te behalen.

Wie ben jij?

  • Je hebt bij voorkeur een eerste ervaring in de verkoop of retail.
  • Je bent klantgericht en haalt energie uit persoonlijk contact met mensen.
  • Je hebt gevoel voor mode, lingerie en trends.
  • Je beschikt over een commerciële mindset en ziet kansen om klanten optimaal te adviseren.
  • Je bent enthousiast, leergierig en gemotiveerd om jezelf verder te ontwikkelen.
  • Je werkt graag in teamverband en bent resultaatgericht.
  • Je houdt van uitdagingen en zet je volledig in om doelen te bereiken.
