The posting

Dans le cadre du développement de nos activités, nous recherchons un(e) AMOA pour intervenir au sein d’un environnement bancaire. Vous rejoindrez une équipe projet et participerez à différents sujets d'évolution du système d'information, en lien avec les équipes métier et IT.

L'objectif : contribuer à la bonne traduction des besoins métier en solutions fonctionnelles et accompagner leur mise en œuvre jusqu'à leur mise en production.

Vos missions

En tant qu'AMOA, vous interviendrez notamment sur :

  • L'analyse et la formalisation des besoins métier ;
  • La rédaction des spécifications fonctionnelles ;
  • La participation aux ateliers avec les différentes parties prenantes ;
  • La définition et la préparation des cas de tests ;
  • La réalisation et le suivi des recettes fonctionnelles ;
  • L'analyse des anomalies et le suivi de leur résolution ;
  • Le suivi des évolutions du système d'information ;
  • La contribution à la documentation fonctionnelle ;
  • La coordination entre les équipes métier, MOA et IT.

Selon votre profil et votre niveau d'expérience, vous pourrez également être amené(e) à intervenir sur des sujets liés aux données, aux processus réglementaires et au fonctionnement du SI bancaire.

Vous serez accompagné(e) par les équipes en place afin de prendre progressivement en main le périmètre fonctionnel et les outils.

Votre profil

Vous disposez d'une première expérience en tant qu'AMOA, Business Analyst ou Chef(fe) de projet fonctionnel, idéalement dans le secteur bancaire.

Vous avez une bonne compréhension des enjeux liés au fonctionnement d'un système d'information et appréciez faire le lien entre les besoins métier et les équipes techniques.

Une expérience dans l'un des domaines suivants est particulièrement appréciée :

  • Comptabilité ;
  • Contrôle de gestion ;
  • Gestion de bilan ;
  • Finance de marché / salle des marchés ;
  • Banque ou services financiers ;
  • Réglementaire bancaire.

Vous êtes également à l'aise avec l'analyse de données et avez une appétence pour le requêtage SQL. La connaissance d'outils de paramétrage ou d'environnements ERP constitue un plus.

Et si vous êtes junior ?

Nous recherchons plusieurs profils et sommes également ouverts à un profil junior disposant d'une première expérience en tant qu'AMOA/Business Analyst dans le secteur de la finance.

Télétravail : Une présence sur site sera demandée au démarrage afin de faciliter votre intégration et votre montée en compétences. Une organisation hybride pourra ensuite être mise en place, avec jusqu'à 2 jours de télétravail par semaine.
