Description du poste

MISSIONS :

Sous la responsabilité de votre Manager, vous contribuez au développement de vos rayons :

Mise en rayon & valorisation des produits

  • Mettre en place des stands attractifs dans le respect de la réglementation (affichage des prix, informations produits, …)
  • Réceptionner, contrôler et mettre en rayon les produits Traiteur Libre-Service
  • Assurer le réassort et l’approvisionnement des rayons tout au long de la journée
  • Respecter la rotation des produits afin de limiter la casse et le gaspillage

Relation client

  • Accueillir, renseigner et servir les clients au comptoir avec professionnalisme, convivialité et sens du conseil, afin de garantir leur satisfaction
  • Orienter les clients vers les produits les plus adaptés à leurs besoins
  • Valoriser l’engagement « Producteurs & Commerçants » de l’enseigne et contribuer à la fidélisation de la clientèle

Hygiène, qualité & sécurité

  • Appliquer rigoureusement les règles d’hygiène et de sécurité alimentaire
  • Respecter la chaîne du froid, les procédures de transformation et cuisson des produits
  • Maintenir un étiquetage conforme aux normes en vigueur
  • Nettoyer quotidiennement avec soin les outils et machines

Une première expérience en boulangerie, pâtisserie, vente alimentaire ou grande distribution est appréciée, mais les débutants motivés sont les bienvenus.

Informations supplémentaires

  • Rémunération de départ : 2019.29 € brut/mois pour 36h45
  • Salaire évolutif selon notre grille interne, l’expérience, la fidélité (1 an d'ancienneté, 3 ans puis 5 ans) et l’évolution des compétences
  • Si le smic venait à augmenter, votre salaire lui aussi augmentera, nous appliquons le même pourcentage d'évolution !
  • Prime annuelle équivalente à un mois de salaire
  • Prime de participation selon les résultats de l’entreprise
  • 1 fois par an, un carnet de chèque vacances (dotation de 200€ maximum), prise en charge à hauteur de 75% par l'employeur
  • 1 place de cinéma offerte, 2 fois dans l'année
  • Mutuelle prise en charge à 50 % par l’entreprise sur la base obligatoire
  • 5 % de remise fidélité sur vos achats en magasin après 3 mois de travail effectif
