Au sein de la branche Agromousquetaires, la société Antartic est une unité de production spécialisée dans la fabrication et l’embouteillage de jus de fruits, de sodas, eaux et sirops (300 salariés et + de 300 millions de litres de boissons par an). Antartic est située à Saint Martin d’Abbat, village connu pour ses boîtes aux lettres, à 30 minutes d’Orléans.#Agromousquetairesrecrute

Description du poste

Acteur majeur de l'industrie agroalimentaire, ANTARTIC conçoit, développe et fabrique une large gamme de boissons destinées aux enseignes du Groupement Les Mousquetaires, notamment Intermarché et Netto.

Dans le cadre du renforcement de notre équipe R&D produits, nous recherchons un Chef de Projet R&D Boissons H/F. Vous souhaitez imaginer, développer et améliorer les boissons de demain tout en évoluant dans un environnement industriel stimulant ? Lisez la suite.

Rattaché(e) à la Responsable Développement Produits, et au sein d'une équipe de 2 autres chef de projets R&D, vos principales missions sont les suivantes:

  • Concevoir, développer et optimiser les formulations de nouveaux produits en réponse aux cahiers des charges.
  • Réaliser les essais en laboratoire, analyser les résultats et participer à l'amélioration continue des recettes existantes.
  • Piloter les projets de développement de la conception jusqu'à leur mise en œuvre industrielle, dans le respect des délais et des objectifs définis.
  • Sélectionner et évaluer les matières premières les plus adaptées aux besoins des projets.
  • Réaliser des benchmarks produits et assurer une veille scientifique, réglementaire, concurrentielle et fournisseurs afin d'identifier les opportunités d'innovation.
  • Rédiger et mettre à jour la documentation technique associée aux projets (fiches techniques, cahiers des charges, spécifications).
  • Travailler en étroite collaboration avec les équipes Qualité, Production, Achats, Marketing et les fournisseurs afin de garantir la réussite des projets.

Qualifications

  • Issu(e) d'une formation de niveau Bac+5 en agroalimentaire (école d'ingénieur, master ou équivalent)
  • Expérience de 3 ans minimum en formulation et développement de produits agroalimentaires
  • Une expérience dans l'univers des boissons serait un véritable plus
  • Anglais professionnel niveau B2 minimum
