Envie de rejoindre la Tribu Brico ? Notre magasin de recrute un(e) Conseiller(ère) de Vente Bricolage (H/F) en CDI 35h à Vulaines-sur-Seine !

Description du poste

Au sein de notre secteur Bricolage (comprenant l'électricité, la plomberie, le sanitaire, l'outillage, la quincaillerie, les sols, la menuiserie et le rangement), vous êtes l'acteur(trice) clé de la satisfaction de nos clients.

Vos missions principales s'articulent autour de :

  • Conseil & Vente : Accueillir, orienter et conseiller nos clients sur leurs projets de bricolage et d'aménagement en apportant votre expertise technique.
  • Services sur-mesure : Assurer la réalisation des prestations techniques du magasin (découpe de bois, découpe de verre, reproduction de clés - formations internes assurées si besoin).
  • Tenue marchande : Garantir l'approvisionnement, la propreté, le rangement et la mise en valeur visuelle de vos rayons (balisage, théâtralisation).
  • Parcours client : Contribuer à fluidifier et rendre agréable l'expérience d'achat du client de l'entrée en rayon jusqu'à son passage en caisse si besoin.

Qualifications

  • Débutant(e) accepté(e) : Une première expérience est un plus, mais nous recherchons surtout une personne motivée, curieuse et désireuse de s'investir dans la durée.
  • Esprit d'équipe & Intégration : Vous rejoignez une équipe dynamique de 4 personnes (soit 5 au total), enthousiastes à l'idée de vous accueillir, de vous former au quotidien et de vous accompagner dans votre montée en compétences.
  • Compétences & Technique : Vous possédez de bonnes bases ou une appétence marquée pour le bricolage (électricité, plomberie, outillage, menuiserie) et êtes manuel(le). Vous êtes prêt(e) à vous former rapidement sur nos ateliers spécifiques (découpe de verre/bois, reproduction de clés).
  • Savoir-être : Passionné(e) par le commerce et la relation client, vous avez le sens du service, de la rigueur et le goût du travail bien fait.

Informations supplémentaires

  • Type de contrat : CDI - Temps plein (35h / semaine).
  • Organisation du travail : 35h hebdomadaires sur 4 jours, incluant des week-ends de repos en rotation avec l'équipe.
  • Travail du dimanche : 1 dimanche travaillé par mois en moyenne (4h), rémunéré selon les majorations légales et conventionnelles en vigueur (+100%).
  • Rémunération : Taux horaire SMIC + majorations dimanches travaillés (+100 %) + avantages magasin.
