Description du poste

Après une période d’intégration au sein de notre magasin et auprès de l’équipe qui vous sera confiée, vous prendrez la responsabilité des rayons Frais Libre-Service et contribuerez activement à la performance commerciale de ce secteur stratégique.

Sous la responsabilité du Directeur de magasin et de la Directrice adjointe, vous garantirez la satisfaction de nos clients en veillant à la qualité de l’offre, à la disponibilité des produits et au respect des objectifs fixés. Vous piloterez l’ensemble de vos rayons dans une logique d’excellence opérationnelle et de développement du chiffre d’affaires.

Vous managerez une équipe d’une dizaine de collaborateurs, en assurant l’organisation quotidienne, la montée en compétences, la cohésion et l’engagement de chacun. Véritable acteur du terrain, vous favoriserez l’intégration des nouveaux collaborateurs, développerez les talents de votre équipe et instaurerez une dynamique collective orientée vers la satisfaction client et les résultats.

Vous rejoindrez un magasin de 2 500 m² récemment agrandi, bénéficiant d’un secteur frais rénové, offrant un environnement de travail moderne et performant. Situé à seulement 3 minutes à pied de la gare RER A de Bry-sur-Marne, le magasin bénéficie d’un emplacement privilégié et d’une clientèle fidèle.

À travers votre leadership et votre sens du commerce, vous serez un acteur clé du développement du magasin et participerez pleinement à l’ambition de faire de nos rayons frais une référence auprès de nos clients.
