Vous supervisez l'ensemble du secteur frais LS en point de vente en termes de gestion commerciale et de management sous la responsabilité du Directeur de magasin.

Vous avez pour missions le contrôle et l'optimisation de la chaîne d'approvisionnement (référencement, commandes, etc.), la gestion de l'offre produit (adaptations saisonnières des assortiments, etc.),la responsabilité du professionnalisme des rayons (tenue générale des rayons, implantations, promotions, animations commerciales, etc.) et de la sécurité alimentaire pour son secteur.- la gestion d'une équipe dans le respect du droit du travail (définition des plannings, animation, contrôle de l'activité, formation, etc.).

Vos compétences en gestion et votre capacité à être force de proposition vous permettront d'être le garant des résultats commerciaux pour votre secteur et d'atteindre les objectifs de chiffre d'affaires, marge et quota qui vous seront fixés.

Profil : Professionnel(le) terrain, présentant une expérience de 4 ans minimum en qualité de responsable secteur frais chez des indépendants. Maîtrise des contraintes inhérentes à la gestion d'un pdv à dominante alimentaire : rotations, hygiène, traçabilité, fraîcheur, commerce, service clients, etc. Responsable, charismatique, rigoureux capable d'être force de proposition et d'apporter des axes d'amélioration au point de vente, capable d'accompagner ses équipes sur le terrain ainsi que sur la partie gestion afin de les faire grandir et développer leurs compétences. Reconnu(e) comme un bon manager, juste et efficace, vous êtes capable de fédérer l'équipe autour du projet commun d'évolution positive du point de vente et à même de répondre aux différentes facettes de ce poste.
