Agromousquetaires est le pôle industriel du Groupement Les Mousquetaires. Premier fabricant de marques de distributeurs en France, Agromousquetaires c'est avant tout 11 000 hommes et femmes aux sensibilités diverses, regroupés au sein de 70 sites industriels et logistiques, dont une cinquantaine d'usines, 6 Pôles de Performance et 13 Filières Opérationnelles. Pleinement engagée dans cette démarche, notre usine « Les Moulins de Saint Aubert » fabrique toute une gamme de pains surgelés destinés majoritairement à être cuit dans les points de vente Intermarché et Netto.

Description du poste

  • Définir et/ou développer le plan directeur industriel du site et les plans d’investissement associés.
  • Piloter la mise en œuvre des projets d’investissements (CAPEX/OPEX) du site.
  • Veiller au bon déploiement des projets, de l’étude à la réception et jusqu’à la mise en production tout en étant garant des délais, du suivi budgétaire et de la sécurisation des interventions.
  • Définir, mettre en place et suivre la politique de maintenance du site.
  • Etudier les améliorations et adaptations technologiques du site pour en développer les performances industrielles.
  • Faire procéder régulièrement à l’analyse de criticité des équipements du site et procéder le cas échéant à des arbitrages afin de prévenir toute dégradation de la performance industrielle du site.
  • Produire des indicateurs de performance en lien avec son activité, proposer une analyse et des plans d’actions correctifs et/ou amélioratifs.
  • Elaborer et négocier les budgets annuels du service technique OPEX et CAPEX.
  • Piloter la masse salariale de son service
