Le Groupe MGE propose des prestations de transport dans de multiples activités (benne, fond mouvant, plateau bois, bâché, frigo, citerne pulvé, citerne liquide, caisse mobile, etc.), en logistique, des prestations industrielles et dans le domaine de la formation professionnelle.

Nous formons nos équipes par le biais de notre centre de formation et favorisons la mobilité interne pour permettre à chacun d'évoluer au sein de notre groupe.

Le Groupe MGE recrute pour sa société MGE Transports & Services, reconnue pour ses activités de transport diversifiées, ainsi que pour ses prestations logistiques et le nettoyage des carrosseries et des intérieurs de citernes !

Dans le cadre d’un remplacement temporaire, nous recherchons un agent d’exploitation (F/H).

📌 VOS MISSIONS

  • Piloter l'exploitation quotidienne de l’activité benne et intermodal en prenant en charge, recherchant et traitant les commandes de transport, tout en veillant au respect des engagements clients.
  • Affecter et planifier les moyens humains et matériels adaptés à chaque activité, en optimisant les ressources disponibles et en garantissant la rentabilité des opérations de transport.
  • Superviser, animer et accompagner les conducteurs au quotidien, contrôler le bon déroulement des prestations, gérer les imprévus d'exploitation et veiller au respect de la réglementation du transport.
  • Organiser le suivi du matériel, planifier les entretiens et les contrôles réglementaires obligatoires, et coordonner les actions nécessaires afin de garantir la disponibilité des équipements.
  • Garantir la qualité de service et le suivi administratif des opérations, en assurant le traitement des dossiers de transport et la prévention et la gestion des litiges.

🏢 CARACTÉRISTIQUES DU POSTE

  • Organisation : Vous serez rattaché(e) au Directeur Transport.
  • Lieu d’exercice : Blainville-Sur-L'eau (54).
  • Horaires : Travail de journée, du lundi au vendredi.
  • Contrat : CDD de remplacement.

🔎 VOTRE PROFIL

Vous disposez d'un diplôme BAC+2/3 ou d'un titre professionnel équivalent dans le domaine du Transport et de la Logistique et bénéficiez d'une expérience d'au moins 2 ans en transport routier de marchandise.

Vous êtes organisé(e), rigoureux(se), diplomate et à l'écoute.

Vous êtes reconnu(e) pour votre réactivité, votre adaptabilité et votre capacité à gérer les imprévus dans un environnement exigeant.

Vous aimez prendre des initiatives, travailler en équipe et coordonner de multiples interlocuteurs.
