Le Groupe MGE propose des prestations de transport dans de multiples activités (benne, fond mouvant, plateau bois, bâché, frigo, citerne pulvé, citerne liquide, caisse mobile, etc.), en logistique, des prestations industrielles et dans le domaine de la formation professionnelle.

Nous formons nos équipes par le biais de notre centre de formation et favorisons la mobilité interne pour permettre à chacun d'évoluer au sein de notre groupe.

Le Groupe MGE recrute pour sa société ISMERT Transports & Services, reconnue pour son expertise dans le transport de produits matières dangereuses, mais aussi pour ses prestations de nettoyage intérieur de citernes !

Pour renforcer nos équipes, nous recherchons un assistant d’exploitation transport (F/H).

📌 VOS MISSIONS

  • Assurer et gérer l’administratif de l’exploitation transport.
  • Saisir et contrôler les données d’exploitation (ordres de transport, bons, etc.).
  • Gérer l’affrètement et le suivi des opérations.
  • Préparer et suivre la facturation des frais annexes (relances clients).
  • Communiquer avec différents interlocuteurs (clients, conducteurs routiers, affrétés, etc.).

  • Organisation : Vous serez rattaché(e) au Responsable d’exploitation.
  • Lieu d’exercice : Créhange (57).
  • Contrat : 38h30 par semaine.

🔎 VOTRE PROFIL

Vous êtes reconnu(e) pour votre autonomie, votre sens du service et votre esprit d’équipe.

Vous faites preuve d’un sens du relationnel, de dynamisme, d’écoute et de diplomatie.

Vous êtes à l’aise avec les outils informatiques et vous vous adaptez très rapidement à tout nouveau logiciel. Vous maîtrisez notamment le Pack Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).

Vous êtes très organisé(e) et réactif(ve).

Vous avez une bonne connaissance du secteur du transport.
