Groven+, met hoofdzetel in Puurs-Sint-Amands, is een gevestigde speler in de gevelbouw, gespecialiseerd in de ontwikkeling en realisatie van technisch complexe gevelprojecten voor nieuwbouw en renovatie. Van ontwerp en engineering tot eigen productie, montage en onderhoud: Groven+ combineert diepgaande technische expertise met een geïntegreerde aanpak. De organisatie is actief in België, Luxemburg en Noord-Frankrijk en realiseerde al indrukwekkende projecten zoals het Havenhuis en het Bosuilstadion in Antwerpen, het Brussels Parlement en het treinstation in Rijsel.

Met een 120-tal medewerkers, verspreid over de vestigingen in Puurs en Herstal, onderscheidt Groven+ zich door vakmanschap, kwaliteit en de ambitie om innovatieve, duurzame geveloplossingen te realiseren. Om het bestaande preventiebeleid te versterken en veiligheid nog steviger te verankeren in de dagelijkse werking, zoeken zij een ervaren Preventieadviseur Niveau 2.

Functieomschrijving

Als Preventieadviseur niveau 2 sta ja in voor het veiligheids- en welzijnsbeleid in een gevarieerde omgeving, gaande van eigen productieateliers tot complexe gevelprojectwerven. De uitdaging bestaat erin om verder te evolueren naar een proactief preventiebeleid waarin veiligheid een vanzelfsprekend onderdeel wordt van de dagelijkse werking. Meer concreet:

  • Het bestaande preventie- en welzijnsbeleid voor de sites in Puurs en Herstal verder uitwerken en vertalen naar werkbare procedures en concrete verbeteracties.
  • Regelmatig aanwezig zijn in het productieatelier en op de werven om risico's te identificeren, werkmethodes te evalueren en veiligheidsbewustzijn te versterken.
  • Uitvoeren van risicoanalyses en onderzoeken van arbeidsongevallen, incidenten en bijna-ongevallen, met aandacht voor oorzaken en structurele preventiemaatregelen.
  • Veiligheidsprocedures, instructies, controles en keuringen opvolgen en toezien op de naleving van wettelijke verplichtingen.
  • Medewerkers actief sensibiliseren via toolboxmeetings, veiligheidsopleidingen, onthaalmomenten en gerichte initiatieven rond veiligheid en welzijn.
  • Een toegankelijk aanspreekpunt vormen voor medewerkers op alle niveaus en hen stimuleren om risico's te signaleren en zelf verantwoordelijkheid op te nemen.
  • Als secretaris van het CPBW instaan voor de voorbereiding, organisatie en opvolging van overlegmomenten, rapporteringen en actiepunten.
  • Nauw samenwerken met HR, productie, werfleiding en directie om veiligheid structureel te integreren in de organisatie.
  • Een diploma Preventieadviseur niveau 2 is essentieel, aangevuld met relevante ervaring in een bouwgerelateerde, technische of industriële omgeving.
  • Grondige kennis van de welzijnswetgeving en veiligheidsvoorschriften.
  • Een pragmatische ingesteldheid om wettelijke vereisten te vertalen naar haalbare oplossingen die aansluiten bij de realiteit van de werkvloer.
  • Overtuigend, communicatief en verbindend, met het vermogen om zowel leidinggevenden als arbeiders en monteurs mee te krijgen in het veiligheidsverhaal.
  • Zelfstandig, proactief en verantwoordelijk om prioriteiten te bepalen en verbeteracties consequent op te volgen.
  • Analytisch en organisatorisch sterk met aandacht voor risico-identificatie, incidentonderzoek, rapportering en opvolging.
  • Een goede kennis van het Nederlands en degelijke beheersing van het Frans is belangrijk om vlot te communiceren met medewerkers in beide vestigingen.
