RAISON D’ETRE

  • Opérations et maintenance du réseau FBB d’Orange Burkina.

MISSIONS PRINCIPALES

  • Assurer un support de 2e niveau du réseau FBB ;
  • Assurer la fiabilité du réseau FBB conformément aux objectifs de disponibilité du réseau d’Orange Burkina ;
  • Assurer les « escalades » de 3e niveau conformément aux procédures de maintenance du réseau d’Orange Burkina ;
  • Mettre en place et gérer les données d’exploitation du réseau FBB.

PRINCIPALES OBLIGATIONS ET RESPONSABILITES

  • Assurer l’exploitation et la maintenance du réseau FBB
  • Assurer la vérification journalière de l’état du réseau FBB à travers l’analyse des logs, des alarmes, des évènements, des niveaux optiques, des redondances des OLTs ;
  • Assurer la gestion des incidents et la restauration des services en collaboration avec les partenaires, le Core IP, etc. ;
  • Suivre les pièces de rechange des nœuds du réseau de Broadband, BNGs et OLTs ;
  • Implémenter des solutions d’optimisation proposées par le département d’ingénierie FBB ;
  • Supporter l’équipe SAV dans l’analyse et la résolution des incidents dans le respect des procédures de maintenance ;
  • Être en contact avec les différents équipementiers pour l’escalade de 3e niveau en cas d’urgence ;
  • Mettre en place de procédures pour l’exploitation du réseau FBB
  • Appliquer les modifications et ajouts aux offres commerciales des équipements actifs.
  • Accompagner les projets de déploiement et d’extensions FBB
  • Faire l’acceptance de l’infras après déploiements.

  • Interventions sur infrastructures réseau fixe
  • Protocoles de routage
  • Déploiement FTTx
  • Aptitude à gérer les stocks
  • Assistance client technique
  • S'assurer de la satisfaction client
  • Prise en charge les réclamations clients
  • Capacité à suivre les demandes client
  • Capacité de prise en charge de la demande client
  • Connaissance des infrastructures et architectures des réseaux télécoms et Broadband Fixe ;
  • Connaissance approfondie des technologies PDH, SDH et OTN/WDM, OLTs et BNGs;
  • Connaissance des réseaux Ethernet/IP et des protocoles de routage (IS-IS, OSPF, BGP, ...) ;
  • Connaissance des opérations et maintenance de la fibre en général et du FTTx en particulier ;
  • Maîtrise des routeurs de type 7705, 7250 et 7750 de Nokia,
  • Maîtrise des fonctionnalités du BNG et WDM Huawei ;
  • Gestion des incidents et l’exploitation des réseaux IP/MPLS ;
  • Réaliser les activités urgentes définies par le chef de service ou le département ;
  • Avoir des aptitudes au travail d’équipe pour délivrer les solutions au business ;
  • Capacité de travail sous pression, être disponible, honnête et orienté résultat.
  • Une bonne connaissance de la IPv6.
  • Capacité à travailler en équipe transverses
  • Travail en équipe.

QUALIFICATIONS ET EXPÉRIENCE

  • Formation-type : Minimum un diplôme de Bac+4/5 en réseaux télécoms ou informatique.
  • Expérience minimum : Justifier d'une expérience préalable de minimum trois (03) ans dans les télécoms.
  • Atout : Avoir une certification CCNP.
