Job Summary

The Scroll-Stopping Intern will participate in a dynamic environment focused on social media growth experiments. This internship is designed for individuals looking to sharpen their skills in digital marketing by testing various strategies to drive virality on social media platforms.

Responsibilities

  • Manage and grow multiple social media pages and intellectual properties as a personal media lab.
  • Experiment with edits, captions, and trending content formats.
  • Analyze engagement metrics and track performance data to identify effective strategies for growth.
  • Adapt approaches based on performance metrics and audience feedback.

Qualifications

  • Strong understanding of social media platforms and current trends.
  • Ability to create engaging content that captures attention quickly.
  • Basic analytical skills to track and interpret performance data.
  • Excellent communication skills and creativity.
  • Familiarity with tools for editing photos and videos is a plus.
  • Educational background or ongoing studies in marketing, communications, or a related field preferred.

  • Experience in managing personal social media accounts or small projects.
  • Passion for social media and the digital landscape.
  • Curiosity about virality and growth strategies on social media.

Experience

No minimum experience required, but any relevant experience in social media management or digital marketing is an advantage.

Salary

Stipend of ₹15,000–20,000/month
