Genau in diesem Umfeld bist du als Assistant Front Office Manager:in (m/w/d) für einen reibungslosen Ablauf an Rezeption, Information und Tageskassen mitverantwortlich. Du unterstützt bei der Führung und Motivation des gesamten Front-Office-Teams, gewährleistest eine professionelle Gästebetreuung und sorgst für höchste Servicequalität. Darüber hinaus übernimmst du Verantwortung für Dienst- und Urlaubsplanungen, unterstützt im Beschwerdemanagement und bist Ansprechpartner:in für Mitarbeitende sowie Führungskräfte. In Abwesenheit des Front Office Managers vertrittst du diesen eigenständig, begleitest Projekte, optimierst Prozesse und unterstützt sowohl operative als auch administrative Abläufe im Tagesgeschäft. Auch die Rekrutierung, Einarbeitung und Weiterentwicklung von Mitarbeitenden und Auszubildenden gehört zu deinem Verantwortungsbereich. Das bringst du mit.

Abschluss:

  • Erfolgreich abgeschlossene Berufsausbildung in der Hotellerie
  • Alternativ mehrjährige Berufserfahrung in einer vergleichbaren Führungsposition

Berufserfahrung:

  • Erfahrung in der Führung und Entwicklung von Mitarbeitenden
  • Sehr gute Kenntnisse im Umgang mit Gästebeschwerden und professionellem Beschwerdemanagement
  • Erfahrung im Front Office, Empfangs- oder Hotelbereich
  • Erfahrung in der Dienst- und Personaleinsatzplanung von Vorteil

Fachkenntnisse:

  • Sicherer Umgang mit allen im Haus geltenden Zahlungsmitteln
  • Kenntnisse in der Erstellung von Statistiken, Auswertungen und Präsentationen
  • ADA-Bescheinigung von Vorteil
  • Führungszeugnis erforderlich

EDV-Kenntnisse:

  • Sicherer Umgang mit den MS-Office-Anwendungen
  • Gutes Verständnis für Hotelsoftware und PMS-Systeme

Sprachkenntnisse:

  • Sehr gute Deutschkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift
  • Sehr gute Englischkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift
