  • Sicherstellung der optimalen Funktionsfähigkeit und Verfügbarkeit aller mechanischen Anlagen und Systeme im Unternehmen
  • Verantwortliche Fachkraft gemäß gesetzlicher Vorschriften
  • Fachliche und disziplinarische Führung des Teams
  • Einhaltung gesetzlicher und sicherheitsrelevanter Vorschriften (z.B. DGUV, TRBA 214 etc.)
  • Planung und Steuerung von Wartungs- und Instandhaltungsmaßnahmen, sowohl präventiv als auch reaktiv
  • Mitwirkung an technischen Projekten sowie Um- und Neubaumaßnahmen
  • Fehleranalyse und Störungsbeseitigung
  • Koordination von Fremdfirmen und externen Dienstleistern
  • Planung und Durchführung von Schulungen und Unterweisungen
  • Erstellung und Pflege von Dokumentationen
  • Kontinuierliche Prozessverbesserung

Damit kannst du bei uns punkten

  • Abgeschlossene Ausbildung: Techniker oder Meister im Bereich Maschinenbau, Industriemechanik oder ein vergleichbares Studium
  • Erste relevante Berufserfahrung in der Leitung von mechanischen Instandhaltungsprojekten und Führung von Teams in einem industriellen Umfeld
  • Idealerweise Erfahrung in der Betriebs- und Anlagentechnik
  • Fundierte Kenntnisse in der Mechanik, Hydraulik, Pneumatik sowie der Wartung und Instandhaltung mechanischer Anlagen
  • Hands-On-Mentalität und handwerkliches Geschick
  • Gute Kenntnisse der EDV-Standardsoftware (MS Office, Wartungsmanagementsysteme)
  • Selbstständigkeit und Teamfähigkeit
  • Unternehmerisches Denken
  • Bereitschaft zur Rufbereitschaft
