In dieser vielseitigen Position übernehmen Sie die Koordination und Abwicklung von Pumpenreparaturen sowie die kompetente Betreuung unserer Kunden bei servicebezogenen Anliegen. Sie erstellen Reparaturangebote, bearbeiten Reklamationen und sorgen für eine reibungslose und effiziente Auftragsabwicklung. Darüber hinaus pflegen Sie die Servicedokumentation, unterstützen den Rechnungsprozess und tragen durch Ihre technische Kompetenz sowie Ihre ausgeprägte Kundenorientierung aktiv zur Zufriedenheit unserer Kunden und Partner bei. Die enge Zusammenarbeit mit internen und externen Ansprechpartnern ermöglicht es Ihnen, nachhaltige Beziehungen aufzubauen und einen wichtigen Beitrag zur Servicequalität unseres Unternehmens zu leisten.

Diese Stelle beträgt eine wöchentlich Arbeitszeit von 21 Stunden.

Ihre Aufgaben

Erstellung und Nachverfolgung von Angeboten für Pumpenreparaturen und Ersatzteile einschließlich technischer und wirtschaftlicher Bewertung von Lösungen. Bearbeitung von Kundenanfragen und Reklamationen sowie Betreuung von Kunden über verschiedene Kommunikationskanäle. Administrative Abwicklung von Reparatur-, Rücksende- und Garantiefällen einschließlich RMA-Erstellung, Gutschriften und Rechnungsbearbeitung. Organisation und administrative Betreuung von Reparaturen, Lieferterminen sowie der Rückführung defekter Materialien von Kunden, Partnern und Servicetechnikern. Sicherstellung der Bestandskontrolle und Verfügbarkeit von Ersatzteilen in enger Zusammenarbeit mit Servicekoordinatoren und Servicetechnikern. Erstellung von Berichten, Analysen, Übersetzungen und weiterer servicebezogener Dokumentation. Koordination und Terminplanung von Service-, Wartungs- und Optimierungsmaßnahmen innerhalb der Repair and Analysis Centers (RAC). Unterstützung bei der Umsetzung von Projekten, Prozessen und Unternehmensrichtlinien unter Einhaltung der Vorgaben zu Gesundheit, Sicherheit und Umweltschutz (HSE). Aktive Mitarbeit an der kontinuierlichen Verbesserung von Serviceprozessen und internen Abläufen. Enge Zusammenarbeit mit internen und externen Bereichen der Serviceorganisation zur Sicherstellung effizienter Abläufe und einer hohen Servicequalität.

Ihr Profil

Erfolgreich abgeschlossene Berufsausbildung oder eine vergleichbare Qualifikation bzw. entsprechende Berufserfahrung. Mehrjährige Berufserfahrung im Kundenservice oder Serviceumfeld mit gutem technischem Verständnis. Fundierte Kenntnisse von Serviceprozessen sowie Erfahrung in der Koordination von Abläufen und Projekten. Technisches Verständnis im Bereich Pumpen, Reparaturprozesse und Servicelösungen. Erfahrung im Angebots- und Auftragsmanagement sowie in der Abwicklung von Reparatur- und Ersatzteilaufträgen. Sicherer Umgang mit SAP (CS/CRM) sowie den Microsoft Office-Anwendungen. Sehr gute Deutsch, Französisch, Italienisch- und Englischkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift. Eigeninitiative, selbstständige Arbeitsweise und hohe Ergebnisorientierung.
