As our new Lead Digital Sales Tools Manager, you'll lead digital sales transformation initiatives that accelerate the adoption of digital tools and modern sales practices across our Commercial Building Services division. You'll be part of a diverse and inclusive culture that values growth, well-being, and belonging.

What you will be doing

As part of the CBS Commercial Excellence Team, you'll drive adoption of digital sales tools, improve productivity, and align stakeholders around a shared vision for the future of sales.

Your main responsibilities include:

  • Define and drive the roadmap for digital sales tools, partnering with senior stakeholders, Group Functions, and cross-divisional teams.
  • Lead Digital Squad initiatives and cross-functional teams to build capabilities, scale technology solutions, and drive adoption globally.
  • Develop and execute digital experiments and Proofs of Concept (PoCs) for customer self-service, guided selling, and sales enablement.
  • Define target-state workflows, training, and change management activities to reduce manual work through digitalization.
  • Manage project budgets, risks, issues, and stakeholder expectations while reporting progress to Steering Committees.
  • Align with Project Boards and delivery managers on project scope, objectives, quality, timelines, and governance.

What makes you a great fit

You are a strategic and hands-on project leader with strong digital transformation experience and the ability to drive change across complex organizations. We'd also imagine that you are/have:

  • Master's degree or equivalent experience with 6+ years of project management experience.
  • Proven success leading digital transformation, sales enablement, or business process improvement projects.
  • Strong stakeholder management skills with experience engaging senior leaders and cross-functional teams.
  • Knowledge of project management methodologies, digital ecosystems, and change management principles.

It's a plus if you also:

  • Have experience with digital sales tools, CRM platforms, or customer self-service solutions.
  • Have worked in global, matrix organizations with multiple stakeholders.
  • Are familiar with agile delivery models and PoC development.
