Młodszy Konsultant ds. Rekrutacji i Obsługi Klienta

Nasze wymagania:

  • min. roczne doświadczenie w pracy w agencji zatrudnienia lub w obszarze HR/rekrutacji;
  • bardzo dobra organizacja pracy i umiejętność działania pod presją czasu,
  • komunikatywność oraz łatwość nawiązywania relacji,
  • samodzielność i zaangażowanie,
  • mile widziana znajomość języka angielskiego i lub ukraińskiego,
  • prawo jazdy kat. B będzie mile widziane.

Twój zakres obowiązków:

  • prowadzenie procesów rekrutacyjnych pracowników tymczasowych (publikowanie ogłoszeń o pracę oraz aktywne pozyskiwanie kandydatów. Selekcja CV, prowadzenie rozmów kwalifikacyjnych)
  • obsługa pracowników tymczasowych oraz wsparcie w procesie zatrudnienia,
  • utrzymywanie bieżącego kontaktu z klientami i budowanie długofalowych relacji,
  • koordynowanie procesu zatrudnienia i kompletowanie dokumentacji,
  • współpraca z działami administracji i kadr,
  • dbanie o pozytywny wizerunek agencji i relacje z kandydatami;
