Koordynator Techniczny Obiektu (K/M)

Twój zakres obowiązków:

  • koordynowanie przeglądów technicznych, budowlanych, okresowych oraz gwarancyjnych,
  • nadzór nad aktualnością dokumentacji technicznej i budowlanej obiektów oraz instalacji,
  • organizowanie i koordynowanie napraw, prac konserwacyjnych oraz modernizacyjnych,
  • monitorowanie stanu technicznego infrastruktury i bieżące identyfikowanie potrzeb remontowych,
  • prowadzenie regularnych obchodów obiektów oraz instalacji,
  • nadzorowanie prac wykonywanych przez firmy zewnętrzne i serwisy,
  • współpraca z wykonawcami, dostawcami i podwykonawcami,
  • pozyskiwanie nowych wykonawców oraz uzgadnianie warunków współpracy,
  • udział w organizacji postępowań przetargowych dotyczących prac budowlanych i technicznych,
  • analiza zużycia mediów oraz wspieranie działań optymalizacyjnych,
  • monitorowanie przestrzegania procedur i standardów technicznych,
  • udział w projektach inwestycyjnych oraz modernizacyjnych realizowanych na terenie zakładu.

Szukamy osób które:

  • posiadają wykształcenie minimum średnie (mile widziane techniczne), znają program AutoCAD oraz pakiet MS Office, w szczególności Excel, interesują się zagadnieniami związanymi z infrastrukturą techniczną, budownictwem lub utrzymaniem ruchu, potrafią planować i koordynować kilka zadań jednocześnie, są samodzielne, odpowiedzialne i dokładne, potrafią analizować problemy oraz skutecznie proponować rozwiązania, są gotowe do pracy stacjonarnej w Elblągu.
