Сотрудник рыбной компании

Производственная компания расположена в населенном пункте Дуниново, недалеко от Слупска (Поморское воеводство).

Описание вакансии:

· Общая обработка лосося: филетирование, чистка, засолка и упаковка. · Приготовление продукции из лосося (например, суши). · Соблюдение производственных стандартов и нормативов. · Поддержание порядка и чистоты на рабочем месте в процессе производства.

Требования:

· Физическая выносливость и ловкость, необходимые для выполнения ручных операций стоя. · Хорошее зрение и общее состояние здоровья. · Способность поддерживать высокий темп работы. · Готовность к выполнению повторяющихся или монотонных задач. · Наличие польской санитарно-эпидемиологической книжки (SANEPID). · Готовность к работе посменно. · Готовность к работе при температуре воздуха от 8 до 15°C. · Готовность к работе в сфере переработки рыбы. · Ответственность, добросовестность и пунктуальность.

Мы предлагаем:

· Ежемесячное вознаграждение (брутто): 4 950,00 злотых. Премии за объем выполненной работы (сдельная оплата). · Тип договора: *Umowa o pracę* (трудовой договор). · График работы: от 8 до 11 часов в день (смены зависят от участка); 5–6 дней в неделю. Доплаты за ночные смены (20%), сверхурочные (50%) и работу в выходные дни (100%). В среднем 190 рабочих часов в месяц. · Проживание: 450 злотых в месяц (размещение в комнатах по 2–4 человека). · Бесплатный транспорт от компании. · Компания оформляет необходимую медицинскую или санитарно-эпидемиологическую справку (если у вас ее нет). · Рабочая одежда предоставляется компанией. · Медицинское страхование в соответствии с законодательством Польши.
