Para nuestro Cliente del sector procesamiento de alimentos y manufactura en Niestępowo-Pomerania, buscamos personal para realizar tareas relacionadas con la m matanza y empaque en la producción de carne de aves de corral – Industria cárnica a gran escala en Polonia.

La oferta incluye empleo estable mediante un contrato de prestación de servicios (umowa zlecenia), un salario de [PLN 32.00-34.50 brutos/hora (dependiendo del departamento), trabajo en un sistema rotativo de dos turnos, así como una completa inducción y capacitación para las tareas asignadas. Entre otras ventajas, ofrecemos una prestación adicional para personas con acomodación propia y muchas horas de trabajo al mes.

  • Realizar diferentes actividades dependiendo del departamento; Departamento Verde: colgado de aves vivas, evisceración, tanque de inmersión. Departamento Blanco: fileteado, deshuesado, empaque y lavado.
  • Seguir las normas y cumplir con las regulaciones de producción.
  • Mantener el orden y la limpieza en tu área de trabajo dentro del proceso de producción.
  • Remuneración por hora según el departamento: o Departamento Verde (Colgado de aves vivas) – PLN 34.50 brutos. o Departamento Blanco (Producción y empaque) – PLN 32.00 brutos.
  • Tipo de contrato: Umowa Zlecenie (Contrato de mandato).
  • Horario de trabajo: 10 horas al día (2 turnos, los horarios varían según el departamento), 5-6 días por semana, de lunes a viernes-sábado, de 200 a 220 horas al mes.
  • Alojamiento provisto por PLN 600 en habitaciones para 2-3 personas.
  • Seguro médico de acuerdo con la ley polaca.
  • Disponibilidad para realizar el trabajo en un sistema rotativo de dos turnos.
  • No tener contraindicaciones médicas para realizar tareas físicamente exigentes (será necesario realizar pruebas sanitarias y epidemiológicas - Sanepid).
  • Destreza manual, precisión y capacidad para mantener un ritmo de trabajo rápido.
