For our Client from the food processing and manufacturing sector in Niestępowo-Pomerania, we are looking for people to perform tasks related to slaughter and packaging in the production of poultry meat.

The offer includes stable employment under a civil law contract (umowa zlecenia), a salary of PLN 32.00-34.50 (depending on the department), work in a two-shift system, and full onboarding and training for the assigned tasks. An additional advantage is that we offer and additional allowance for people with their own accommodation and we also have many working hours.

  • Perform different activities depending on the department; Green department: hanging livepoultry, evisceration, immersion tank. White department: filleting, deboning, packing and washing.
  • Following standards and complying with production regulations.
  • Maintaining order and cleanliness in your work area within the production process.
  • Hourly remuneration based on department: o Green department (Hanging of live poultry) – PLN 34.50. gross/hour o White department (Production and packaging) – PLN 32.00. gross/hour
  • Type of Contract: Umowa Zlecenie (Mandate contract).
  • Working hours: 10 hours per day (two shifts, shifts will vary depending on the department), 5-6 days per week, from Monday to Friday-Saturday, 200 to 220 hours per month.
  • Accommodation provided for PLN 600 in rooms for 2-3 people.
  • Health insurance according to Polish law.
  • Availability to perform work in a rotative two shift system.
  • Have no medical contraindications to perform physically demanding duties (Sanitary and epidemiological tests will be necessary).
  • Manual dexterity, precision and ability to keep up with a fast pace of work.
