Specjalista ds. BHP (K/M)

Twój zakres obowiązków:

  • realizowanie zadań służby BHP zgodnie z obowiązującymi przepisami,
  • kontrolowanie warunków pracy oraz przestrzegania zasad BHP i PPOŻ,
  • prowadzenie i nadzorowanie dokumentacji związanej z bezpieczeństwem pracy,
  • organizowanie szkoleń BHP oraz udział w tworzeniu procedur i instrukcji,
  • prowadzenie postępowań powypadkowych oraz rekomendowanie działań zapobiegawczych,
  • przeprowadzanie audytów wewnętrznych i inicjowanie działań zwiększających poziom bezpieczeństwa,
  • współpraca z kadrą zarządzającą, pracownikami oraz instytucjami zewnętrznymi,
  • okazjonalne wsparcie innych lokalizacji firmy.

Szukamy osób które:

  • posiada wykształcenie wyższe kierunkowe lub ukończone studia podyplomowe z zakresu BHP,
  • ma minimum 2-letnie doświadczenie zawodowe w obszarze BHP,
  • posiada praktyczne doświadczenie w prowadzeniu postępowań i analiz powypadkowych,
  • ukończyła aktualne szkolenie okresowe dla pracowników służby BHP,
  • bardzo dobrze zna przepisy BHP, PPOŻ i prawa pracy oraz potrafi stosować je w praktyce,
  • ma doświadczenie w prowadzeniu szkoleń i audytów wewnętrznych,
  • swobodnie komunikuje się z pracownikami na różnych szczeblach organizacji,
  • jest samodzielna, odpowiedzialna i konsekwentna w działaniu,
  • dobrze zna pakiet MS Office,
  • posiada prawo jazdy kat. B i jest gotowa do okazjonalnych wyjazdów do innych lokalizacji firmy.
