Specjalista ds. Technicznych i Utrzymania Obiektów (K/M)

Dla naszego Klienta – stabilnej firmy produkcyjnej o ugruntowanej pozycji na rynku – poszukujemy osoby, która będzie wspierać sprawne funkcjonowanie infrastruktury technicznej i budowlanej przedsiębiorstwa. To propozycja dla osoby samodzielnej, dobrze zorganizowanej i zainteresowanej obszarem utrzymania obiektów, instalacji technicznych oraz realizacją prac modernizacyjnych i inwestycyjnych. Nie wymagamy wieloletniego doświadczenia. Najważniejsze są dla nas wiedza techniczna, dokładność, odpowiedzialność oraz gotowość do rozwijania się w obszarze zarządzania infrastrukturą.

Twój zakres obowiązków:

· koordynowanie przeglądów technicznych, budowlanych, okresowych i gwarancyjnych,

· dbanie o aktualność dokumentacji techniczno-budowlanej obiektów oraz głównych instalacji,

· zlecanie i koordynowanie napraw, prac konserwacyjnych oraz modernizacyjnych,

· monitorowanie stanu infrastruktury technicznej i budowlanej,

· prowadzenie cyklicznych obchodów obiektów oraz instalacji,

· nadzorowanie prac realizowanych przez serwisy i firmy zewnętrzne,

· współpraca z wykonawcami, dostawcami oraz podwykonawcami,

· poszukiwanie nowych wykonawców i koordynowanie warunków współpracy,

· udział w organizacji przetargów budowlanych i technicznych,

· analiza zużycia mediów oraz wspieranie działań optymalizacyjnych,

· monitorowanie przestrzegania procedur i instrukcji technicznych,

· udział w projektach związanych z rozwojem i modernizacją infrastruktury firmy.

Szukamy osób które:

· posiadasz minimum wykształcenie średnie, preferowane techniczne,

· znasz program AutoCAD oraz MS Excel,

· interesujesz się tematyką infrastruktury technicznej, budownictwa lub utrzymania obiektów,

· potrafisz koordynować kilka działań i zadań jednocześnie,

· jesteś osobą samodzielną, odpowiedzialną i dokładną,

· potrafisz analizować problemy i konsekwentnie szukać skutecznych rozwiązań,

· jesteś gotowy lub gotowa do pracy stacjonarnej w siedzibie firmy w Elblągu.
