Buscamos um(a) Consultor(a) de Implantação para atuar diretamente com nossos clientes, acompanhando a aplicação dos sistemas de gestão e contribuindo para transformar dados em decisões estratégicas. Essa pessoa será responsável por estabelecer uma relação de confiança com os clientes, alinhando suas necessidades aos recursos do software.

Atividades: - Alinhar os objetivos do projeto aos fatores críticos de sucesso, respeitando as suas necessidades imediatas e os valores, princípios e normas do negócio; - Desenhar junto ao cliente a visão final da implementação para entender as expectativas do cliente no que será entregue; - Implementar o escopo planejado (fases do Projeto) baseado nos processos do cliente, com o objetivo de agregar valor ao negócio, visando a construção de dados em informações estratégicas para às tomadas de decisões; - Demonstrar e capacitar o cliente de forma que o uso adequado do software pode proporcionar melhorias continuas e aumento de performance; - Monitorar as informações do sistema, analisando se estão corretas conforme o objetivo inicial do projeto; - Identificar as dificuldades do cliente propondo melhorias contínuas para o processo; - Manter o contato periódico com os clientes ativos da carteira, atualizando sobre as novas funcionalidades do software e incentivando o melhor uso do sistema; - Manter registros de documentos e relatórios atualizados (visitas, orçamentos, relatórios de viagens e despesas).
