A empresa nasceu da vontade de distribuir produtos de qualidade atendendo com excelência a todo e qualquer ponto de venda. Os clientes, a qualidade na entrega e à atenção ao merchandising fazem parte de nossos 52 anos de história.

Tudo começou em 1972 quando Edison Arantes a bordo de uma Volkswagen Kombi fazia compras de doces e atendia porta a porta seus clientes. Foram muitos chocolates Galak, Prestígio e Chokito vendidos naqueles anos, sem falar dos Biscoitos São Luiz e os Caramelos, únicos produzidos com o puro leite Nestlé. No decorrer dos anos a empresa cresceu e expandiu sua área de atuação até em 1991 tornar-se Atacado Especializado Nestlé. Na década de 1990 o formato de venda foi modernizado com novas tecnologias e com o sistema pré-venda implementado por Juliano Arantes, atual diretor da Cia. Com isso, mais produtos chegaram às prateleiras e mais clientes foram atendidos. Em 1998 já mostrávamos nosso diferencial sendo destaque como o 1º Atacadista Especializado na categoria Biscoitos São Luiz.

Nos anos 2000 a empresa ganhou novo status, o de Distribuidora Autorizada Nestlé. No processo contínuo de melhorias partimos para a execução do planejamento estratégico interno com o tema Atitude e em seguida recebemos bem o desafio de realizar o Projeto StarD rumo a excelência em distribuição. Em 2007 nos tornamos 100% Nestlé e dois anos mais tarde, fomos premiados como Destaque Nacional nas categorias administração e distribuição.

Desempenhando toda a habilidade conquistada ao longo dos anos, em 2010, a empresa foi convidada a distribuir produtos Nestlé no formato Broker. De lá pra cá crescemos e transformamos e no ano de 2018 fomos campeões do StarB (plano de excelência Nestlé) a nível nacional e sudeste, compreendendo segurança e compliance, habilidades para vencer e performance comercial. Temos uma enorme gratidão à cidade de Franca – SP que nos acolheu por 47 anos e desde 2019 estamos de casa nova, com sede na cidade de Brodowski – SP. Em busca de acelerar nossos resultados temos agora 3x mais capacidade de armazenamento e maior agilidade na entrega, tudo rumo aos 100 anos!

DESCRIÇÃO DA VAGA

Estamos em busca de Pessoas para armazenagem, separação e conservação dos produtos Nestlé. O profissional será responsável pela separação e organização do estoque.

RESPONSABILIDADES E ATRIBUIÇÕES

- Separar diariamente os produtos da área de picking para a área de expedição e separar via conferencia em relatório retirando da área de armazenagem, para que sejam destinados ao carregamento e entregues aos nossos clientes;

- Abastecimento do Broker: realizar diariamente a carga e descarga de veículos destinados ao Broker para que faça o ressuprimento de produtos e afins da unidade;

- Contagem e organização de estoque: realizar a contagem diária via conferencia em relatório Nestlé e organizar via regras StarB para que possa manter sempre o estoque correto sem divergências e o depósito em ordem;

- Manter as ruas de separação limpas e organizadas.

REQUISITOS E QUALIFICAÇÕES

  • Ensino médio.
  • Experiência prévia como repositor ou promotor de venda será um diferencial.
  • Boa organização e limpeza.
  • Comprometimento e responsabilidade.
