Principais atividades

Responsável pelo atendimento, relacionamento e conversão de clientes provenientes dos canais digitais da Farmácia Artesanal, atuando de forma consultiva, ágil e orientada a resultados.

Entre as principais responsabilidades estão:

Realizar atendimento aos clientes por meio dos canais digitais;

Realizar gestão e acompanhamento de leads;

Conduzir negociações e identificar oportunidades de vendas;

Executar follow-ups estratégicos;

Registrar e atualizar corretamente as informações nos sistemas corporativos;

Acompanhar o funil de vendas e oportunidades em andamento;

Atuar no cumprimento das metas comerciais;

Contribuir para a fidelização dos clientes e aumento da conversão;

Garantir uma experiência de compra diferenciada, seguindo os padrões de qualidade e atendimento da empresa.

Salário base: R$ 1.875,41 + comissão + premiação

Potencial de remuneração média: aproximadamente R$ 3.500,00, considerando o atingimento das metas comerciais. (Importante sobre a remuneração variável)

Nos primeiros 90 dias o colaborador possui um bonus fixo de R$500,00, R$400,00 e no último mês de R$200,00 reais.

Período de treinamento e adaptação

Nos primeiros 15 a 20 dias, o profissional passará por um período de treinamento e capacitação, com o objetivo de conhecer os processos, sistemas, produtos, canais de atendimento, perfil dos clientes e técnicas de vendas utilizadas pela empresa.

Após o treinamento, o profissional iniciará sua atuação na operação e seguirá em um período de adaptação e desenvolvimento.

A expectativa é que, a partir de aproximadamente 90 dias, o profissional já esteja plenamente adaptado à rotina, aos tipos de clientes, aos produtos, aos processos comerciais e ao modelo de vendas da empresa, estando então mais preparado para atingir as metas e alcançar uma remuneração média próxima de R$ 3.500,00, conforme seu desempenho e resultados.

A remuneração variável está diretamente relacionada ao cumprimento das metas, portanto pode variar de acordo com os resultados individuais alcançados.
