Competências Técnicas

  • Conhecimento em técnicas de vendas e atendimento ao cliente.
  • Domínio de produtos e coleções (moda, acessórios ou segmento correspondente).
  • Noções de operação de caixa e sistemas de vendas (POS, ERP).
  • Capacidade de leitura de relatórios de desempenho e indicadores de loja.
  • Organização de vitrine e visual merchandising básico.

Pré-requisitos

  • Ensino médio completo (superior será considerado diferencial).
  • Experiência anterior com vendas no varejo, preferencialmente no segmento de moda (será considerado diferencial).
  • Disponibilidade para atuar em horários de shopping e finais de semana (regima 6x1)
  • Realizar atendimento ao cliente com excelência, presencialmente e por canais digitais.
  • Identificar as necessidades dos clientes e apresentar os produtos de forma consultiva.
  • Atingir e superar metas de vendas individuais e da loja.
  • Auxiliar na organização, reposição e exposição dos produtos no salão de vendas.
  • Manter-se atualizado sobre os lançamentos, coleções e características dos produtos da marca.
  • Atuar no pós-venda, criando relacionamento com clientes para fidelização (CRM)
  • Contribuir com a organização do estoque e com o controle de mercadorias.
  • Zelar pela limpeza, conservação e visual merchandising da loja.
  • Participar de treinamentos e reuniões de equipe promovidos pela marca ou pelo grupo.
