Olá!Que tal dar mais um passo na sua trajetória dentro do Grupo Autoglass?Aqui, você já conhece nossa cultura, nosso jeito de cuidar das pessoas e o impacto que o nosso trabalho gera todos os dias.Esta é ua oportunidade para continuar sua jornada de desenvolvimento, ampliar seus conhecimentos, assumir novos desafios e construir uma carreira ainda mais sólida em uma empresa que acredita no crescimento interno e valoriza o protagonismo de seus colaboradores.Estamos em busca de um(a) Analista Técnico de Projetos para atuar em Inovação e Melhoria - PMO , contribuindo com apoiar tecnicamente as rotinas do PMO, contribuindo para o acompanhamento de indicadores, organização da documentação e aplicação das metodologias de projetos, garantindo suporte à conformidade e à padronização dos processos.Se você busca aprendizado contínuo, desenvolvimento profissional e a oportunidade de fazer a diferença, este pode ser o próximo passo da sua carreira.Vem crescer com a gente!Responsabilidades e atribuições Apoiar na elaboração de relatórios de desempenho e indicadores dos projetos;Realizar o acompanhamento básico dos KPIs definidos, registrando desvios e encaminhando para análise dos analistas;Auxiliar na aplicação das metodologias e templates padronizados pelo PMO;Apoiar na organização e atualização da documentação dos projetos;Colaborar na realização de auditorias internas sob orientação do Analista ou Coordenador do PMO;Apoiar na atualização de cronogramas, listas de riscos e lições aprendidas;Auxiliar na revisão de processos e políticas, propondo pequenas melhorias operacionais;Garantir a rastreabilidade e conformidade dos registros conforme orientação da liderança;Realizar atividades correlatas;Executar outras atividades correlatas.

Requisitos e qualificações Graduação em andamento: Administração, Engenharia ou áreas afins;Conhecimento básico em filosofia Lean e ferramentas de melhoria contínua (Kaizen, PDCA, 5S, A3) para apoiar iniciativas de melhoria;Pacote Office em nível intermediário;Domínio de método metodologias de gestão de projetos (PMBOK, Agile, Scrum);Conhecimento em ferramentas como MS Project,Jira Capacidade de análise de indicadores e relatórios gerenciais.Informações adicionaisO que o Grupo Autoglass proporciona?
