Responsabilidades e atribuições Confirmar entregas às oficinas, registrar evidências e atualizar o status nos sistemas;Verificar informações de rastreio e solicitar regularizações quando houver divergências;Lançar notas fiscais no sistema, conferindo dados obrigatórios segundo o procedimento;Abrir e acompanhar tickets para localização/canhotos junto às transportadoras até a conclusão;Acompanhar a geração de vendas pelo robô e executar correções simples conforme roteiro;Tratar pendências com unidades de entrega, registrando histórico das interações;Manter planilhas/relatórios de controle atualizados (entregas, NFs, tickets, canhotos);Organizar e arquivar documentos físicos/digitais, garantindo rastreabilidade e conformidade;Escalar ao responsável casos fora do padrão ou com risco de SLA/conformidade;Executar atividades correlatas.

Requisitos e qualificaçõesEnsino médio completo;Conhecimento básico ou intermediário em aplicativos do Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook);Capacidade de atendimento ao cliente interno e externo por e-mail e telefone;Habilidade para estruturar informações de forma lógica e organizada.Informações adicionaisO que o Grupo Autoglass proporciona?
