Olá!Já imaginou construir sua carreira em uma empresa com mais de 6.000 colaboradores, que acredita no potencial das pessoas e investe continuamente em desenvolvimento, inovação e excelência?Estamos em busca de um Product Ops para fortalecer nossa equipe e contribuir com a disseminação da cultura e dos princípios de produtos digitais no Grupo, colaborando com a aplicação de processos, rituais de produtos, coleta, análise de indicadores e desenvolvimento dos times de produtos digitais.Se você se identifica com esse propósito e busca um ambiente desafiador, inovador e cheio de oportunidades para evoluir, queremos conhecer você.Venha fazer parte dessa história e crescer com a gente!Responsabilidades e atribuiçõesApoiar a disseminação da cultura e dos princípios de produtos digitais no Grupo;Apoiar na aplicação de processos e rituais de product ops;Apoiar na coleta, consolidação e atualização de indicadores de produto;Auxiliar na condução de workshops e treinamentos para desenvolvimento dos times de produtos digitais;Auxiliar na construção e análise de métricas dos produtos e times de produtos para garantir maior entrega de valor;Contribuir para a melhoria contínua de product ops;Executar atividades correlatas.Requisitos e qualificaçõesEnsino superior em áreas relacionadas a tecnologia, administração ou afins;Noções de Conhecimento básico em gestão de produtos digitais e metodologias ágeis; métricas de produto e eficiência operacional;Habilidade com ferramentas de gestão (Jira, Confluence, Miro, etc.);Capacidade de organização e documentação de processos;Noções de análise de dados. Valorizamos se você tiver:

Vivência anterior como Product Ops, Product Owner ou Product Manager em produtos digitais;Experiência em ambientes de inovação, startups, labs ou aceleradoras;Histórico de atuação em times ágeis e multidisciplinares;Certificações como CSPO, PSPO, PMP, PM3 ou similares;Conhecimento em métricas de produto (AARRR; North Star Metric);Background em UX, tecnologia ou negócio.Informações adicionaisO que o Grupo Autoglass proporciona?
