Responsabilidades e atribuiçõesPrestar suporte técnico de primeiro nível a usuários externos, auxiliando na identificação e solução de problemas simples relacionados a redes e equipamentos;Atender chamados via telefone, e-mail ou sistema de help desk, utilizando acesso remoto quando necessário, registrando e classificando solicitações;Seguir procedimentos definidos para instalação, configuração e atualização de softwares e periféricos;Encaminhar chamados mais complexos ao suporte de nível superior, informando claramente as ações já realizadas;Realizar checklists e manutenções preventivas simples em equipamentos, com acompanhamento quando necessário;Participar de treinamentos e reuniões da equipe de suporte para aprimorar conhecimento técnico e boas práticas;Auxiliar na atualização da documentação técnica e base de conhecimento;Atuar conforme as políticas de segurança da informação e conduta da empresa, seguindo padrões e normas estabelecidos;Executar outras atividades correlatas.Requisitos e qualificações Formação técnica em informática/redes ou curso superior em andamento nas áreas correlatas.Conhecimento básico em sistemas operacionais (Windows, Linux ou macOS). Familiaridade com softwares de escritório, como Microsoft Office.Noções de redes e conectividade (configuração de internet, IP, DNS, DHCP).Capacidade de instalação e configuração de aplicativos e periféricos (impressoras, scanners, etc.).Valorizamos se tiver:Disponibilidade para trabalhar (sábados, domingos e feriados);Disponibilidade para trabalhar no período tarde/noite.
