Funções Executar processos de compra de materiais e serviços para a manutenção, incluindo consultas ao mercado e análise comparativa de propostas (preço, prazo e condições de pagamento e de fornecimento); Negociar com fornecedores, dentro dos níveis de autonomia definidos; Emitir e acompanhar encomendas, atuando em situações de atraso ou indisponibilidade, e resolver ocorrências de entregas, devoluções, reclamações e faturação; Identificar novos fornecedores, alternativas de fornecimento e referências equivalentes, em articulação com as áreas técnicas; Acompanhar níveis de stock e necessidades de reposição e analisar consumos e históricos de compra, identificando desvios e oportunidades de melhoria; Apoiar a avaliação de desempenho dos fornecedores e os processos de concursos e acordos de fornecimento; Manter atualizado o mestre de materiais, fornecedores e preços, assegurando o cumprimento dos procedimentos internos de compras. Requisitos Experiência, preferencialmente de 1 a 3 anos, em compras, aprovisionamento, logística ou gestão de stocks, idealmente em manutenção, transportes, frotas ou ambiente industrial; Conhecimento de processos de compra e capacidade de análise de propostas e condições comerciais; Conhecimentos de Excel e sistemas de gestão/ERP (ex.: IBM Maximo, SAP) – preferencial; Capacidade de interpretação de informação técnica básica (referências, especificações, catálogos de peças) – valorizado; Capacidade de organização, comunicação e negociação, com facilidade de relacionamento com fornecedores e áreas internas; Perfil proativo, responsável e autónomo, dentro dos níveis de decisão definidos; Conhecimentos de inglês, falado e escrito.
