ATRIBUIÇÕES DO CARGO:

  • Auditar, por amostragem, notas fiscais de recebimento (faltas, distorções, qualidade);
  • Batida de Portaria – Fiscalização do cumprimento de Normas e procedimentos no recebimento e conferência das mercadorias;
  • Verificação da chegada de caminhões a serviço do nosso depósito e entrada direta; ocorrências com lacres;
  • Verificação no deposito do empilhamento e acondicionamento das mercadorias;
  • Verificação e acompanhamento nos processos de trocas, devoluções;
  • Monitoramento e fiscalização do correto funcionamento das TROCAS (Identificação de Quebra Operacional) em todas as seções da loja, participação na reunião de Ranking;
  • Verificação do uso dentro das áreas internas e de venda do sistema PEPS (Primeiro que entra Primeiro que sai);
  • Fiscalização da correta utilização das taras (embalagem) na venda dos produtos fracionados e correta etiquetagem e lacres nas balanças;
  • Verificação periódica dos objetos de uso pessoal de funcionários e terceirizados.
  • Orientação e fiscalização na inibição de fraude praticada por clientes em virtude da desatenção das operadoras de caixa;
  • Auditoria de validade e qualidade verificando possíveis irregularidades nas áreas de venda;
  • Fiscalização e acompanhamento quanto ao correto uso das tabelas de PLU (Carnes e Aves), prazo de validade e taras de embalagens, na área de vendas;
  • Realização semanal do Checklist para a redução das Quebras Operacionais e Perdas;
  • Ficha de Ocorrência – Relato e descrição das ocorrências acontecidas na loja (furto consumado, furto interno);
  • Atuar na inibição de furtos, através dos procedimentos de Prevenção de Perdas;
  • No caso de furto (consumado), condução do(s) envolvido(s) ao distrito policial para realização de Boletim de Ocorrência;
  • Verificação diária da abertura e fechamento da loja, sua responsável revista de funcionários e terceirizados;
  • Levantamento e análise das quebras e planejamento de ações, em conjunto com a loja, para redução de perdas;
  • Auditoria de precificação e de produtos de alto risco (PAR).

REQUISITOS E QUALIFICAÇÕES:

  • Ensino Médio Completo;
  • Maior de 18 anos;
  • Conhecimento básico em informática;
  • Disponibilidade para atuar na escala 6x1;
  • Necessário experiência anterior na função.
