Responsabilidades e atribuiçõesCoordenar o posicionamento dos Atendentes de Loja no atendimento ao cliente, caixa, entrega de pedidos e venda sugestiva;Coordenar o posicionamento dos Atendentes de Loja e Treinadores na manipulação de alimentos para execução final do produto (montagem de produtos, lanches, molhos, sobremesas, acompanhamentos e refeições);Coordenar o posicionamento dos Atendentes de Loja e Treinadores na preparação de alimentos (Temperar alimentos, preparação e manipulação de produtos, descongelamentos diversos);Coordenar o posicionamento dos Atendentes de Loja e Treinadores na limpeza do restaurante, recebimento, armazenamento de mercadorias e contagem de produtos em estoque e refrigerador, execução das normas, procedimentos e padrões da marca; Difundir junto a equipe os objetivos da operação, produção e de vendas do turno, Treinamento e certificação de Atendentes de Loja e Treinadores;Liderar o turno de funcionários para funcionamento do restaurante, garantindo que os processos, normas e procedimentos da marca sejam executados de acordo com o padrão estabelecido.
