Responsabilidades e atribuiçõesRealizar o processo de recrutamento e seleção de pessoal, utilizando as fontes de captação de candidatos, captando currículos, fazendo a sua triagem, aplicando os testes recomendados e realizando as entrevistas necessárias;Controlar orçamentos, gerenciar equipe de funcionários e desenvolver estratégias para conquistar e fidelizar mais clientes;Atender os clientes e organizar pesquisas de satisfação;Inspecionar, orientar, corrigir e garantir a aplicação do treinamento realizado pelos Monitores e Líderes;Avaliar e atuar nos resultados de treinamento apresentados pelos Monitores e Líderes em seus relatórios de treinamento;Elaborar junto aos Assistentes escalas de revezamento (folgas, horários) de toda a equipe;Supervisionar e garantir a correta utilização do banco de horas dos colaboradores;Garantir que todos os colaboradores estejam cadastrados nas plataformas de treinamento e comunicação da Marca;Identificar as necessidades dos clientes e o comportamento da concorrência, visando à definição de formas de melhor atender o cliente e superar a concorrência, elaborando os planos para consecução desse objetivo;Supervisionar se todos os colaboradores realizaram as trilhas de capacitação EAD obrigatórias na Academia de Excelência, assim como acompanhar o processo de reciclagem semestral;Inspecionar, garantir e corrigir a aplicação das ações de limpeza total dos pontos de venda (Restaurante e Quiosques) através da aplicação da tabela de limpeza operacional e específica pela equipe da loja;Controlar os custos de alimentos, embalagens e acessórios referentes ao Custo de Mercadorias Vendidas (CMV), atuando de forma preventiva nos pedidos, recebimentos, armazenamento e controle de vendas, gerenciando o consumo e possíveis desvios a fim de garantir o percentual ideal desta conta para o negócio;Organizar e supervisionar a distribuição das metas de vendas dentro da loja, prestando apoio gerencial para o cumprimento dos objetivos estabelecidos.
