Responsabilidades e atribuiçõesControlar notas fiscais, inventários, fluxo de caixa e custos operacionais (produtos, mão de obra, manutenção e serviços), realizar análise e gestão de indicadores e inserir dados no sistema.Controlar lançamentos de jornada de trabalho em ponto eletrônico, escala de folgas, escala de férias, gestão de prontuários, admissão e demissão de colaboradores, desenvolvimento e capacitação de pessoal, além da análise e gestão de indicadores.Ser responsável pelo treinamento e certificação de Atendentes de Loja, Treinadores, Coordenadores de Turno, Assistentes de Gerente e/ou outros cargos pertinentes às lojas próprias ou franquias, incluindo funcionários da corporação e de seus franqueados.Gerenciar promoções de vendas, gestão de marketing, controle do desperdício de mercadorias, gestão de conflitos, gestão de serviço e qualidade assegurada, análise e gestão de metas e indicadores.Realizar cálculos e compras (pedidos) de produtos e mercadorias, além do envio e controle de documentos, garantindo a qualidade das informações e o cumprimento de todos os processos, procedimentos e normas operacionais do restaurante.Requisitos e qualificaçõesEnsino Médio completo ou cursando.Habilidades técnicas em informática (Word, Excel e PowerPoint) e matemática (habilidade com números).Atuação mínima de 18 meses em Gerência Geral de outros restaurantes.Disponibilidade para escala de trabalho 5x2.Ter a partir de 18 anos de idade (maioridade civil).Informações adicionaisCONFIRA OS NOSSOS BENEFÍCIOSSeguro de Vida;Cesta/Alimentação;Refeição no local;TotalPass;Assistência Médica;Assistência odontológica;Vale transporte;Parcerias educacionais.
