O cargo de Auxiliar de Comércio Exterior é responsável por auxiliar nas atividades relacionadas à importação e exportação de mercadorias, realizando o acompanhamento de processos, preenchimento de documentos, contato com fornecedores e clientes internacionais. É um cargo de nível júnior, ideal para profissionais que estão iniciando a carreira na área de comércio exterior.

  • Auxiliar no preenchimento e conferência de documentos necessários para os processos de importação e exportação de mercadorias.
  • Acompanhar os processos de importação e exportação, garantindo o cumprimento dos prazos estabelecidos e a conformidade com normas e regulamentos vigentes.
  • Efetuar a conferência de CE Mercante e demais documentos operacionais.
  • Participar de reuniões e treinamentos para atualização sobre normas, procedimentos e legislações de comércio exterior.
  • Colaborar com a equipe na resolução de problemas e na busca de soluções eficientes para as demandas do setor.
  • Efetuar o cadastro de clientes nacionais e internacionais no sistema.
  • Realizar na abertura de processos de importação.
  • Confirmar booking, embarque, atualizações e chegada dos processos.
  • Efetuar o cadastro de conhecimento de embarque e confeccionar numerário.
  • Realizar a importação de declaração de importação (DI/Duimp) e geração de SP no sistema.
  • Efetuar pagamentos operacionais, incluindo liberação de BL/AWB, DARE, DAI/DAPE, GRU, AFRMM, armazenagem, DTA/frete, entre outros.
  • Lançar documentos fiscais no sistema conforme as operações realizadas.
  • Tratar questões relacionadas a custos de reparo ou lavagem de contêineres (isenção).
  • Solicitar serviços logísticos ao setor responsável (como desova, separação, devolução de vazio, DTC, DTA, etc.).
  • Realizar o fechamento de custos do processo, garantindo a correta finalização e arquivamento da documentação..
