Buscamos um(a) profissional para atuar na interseção entre análise de dados, governança de processos e monitoramento de ações. Você será a ponte técnica e analítica do time, transformando dados brutos do GCP em visões claras de performance, liderando rotinas de melhoria contínua e garantindo que as metas e campanhas estratégicas atinjam os resultados esperados com base em fatos e planos de ação estruturados

Responsabilidades e atribuições Governança e Metodologias Ágeis: Atuar como ponto focal em frentes de melhoria contínua e resolução de problemas, integrando ferramentas de qualidade aos ritos ágeis da área. Tracking de Campanhas & Post-Mortem: Desenvolver frameworks de mensuração para rastrear o ciclo completo de campanhas estratégicas (grade comercial), comparando a oportunidade projetada versus a efetividade real. Visualização de Dados: Construir e manter dashboards para o monitoramento contínuo da performance de iniciativas e ciclos vigentes. Monitoramento e Metas: Acompanhar diariamente os KPIs e indicadores operacionais/comerciais junto ao time, alertando sobre tendências e desvios de metas. Diagnóstico e Causa Raiz: Elaborar estudos analíticos aprofundados sobre variações de performance, identificando as causas de desvios e recomendando planos de ação preventivos e corretivos. Gestão de Informação & Reports: Organizar envios de informações pre determinadas de performance, além de apoiar em apresentações/materiais de reporte executivo para a liderança e stakeholders. Engenharia/Modelagem Analítica: Simplificar, manter e disponibilizar bases de dados no Google Cloud Platform (GCP) com consultas SQL eficientes para suportar análises recorrentes e ad-hoc.

Requisitos e qualificações

Ensino Superior completo em Engenharia, Administração, Economia, Estatística, Ciência da Computação, Sistemas de Informação ou áreas correlatas. Domínio avançado em SQL, ferramenta de BI (Looker Studio) e familiaridade com o ambiente GCP (Google Cloud Platform), especialmente BigQuery. Experiência prática com ferramentas e metodologias de análise e melhoria contínua (Ishikawa / Espinha de Peixe, PDCA, DMAIC, Lean Six Sigma). Vivencia prática com uso de Inteligência Artificial aplicada para automação de processos e melhorias Forte capacidade de raciocínio lógico, visão holística de negócio e autonomia analítica. Residir em Curitiba - PR.
