Estamos construindo o GPLAN, um novo sistema de Gestão de Planejamento e Demanda que apoia a cadeia de S&OP do Grupo Boticário. É um produto em plena construção: muito discovery técnico e de negócio, decisões sendo tomadas agora e espaço real para deixar sua marca.Nosso time é responsável por todo o caminho dos dados no GPLAN: da ingestão via hub de eventos, passando pelo tratamento e aplicação de regras de negócio, até o roteamento e a distribuição para outros sistemas. Buscamos uma pessoa especialista que una profundidade técnica com visão de negócio para fortalecer um time sênior e fazer as coisas acontecerem.

Responsabilidades e atribuições Construir e evoluir a ingestão de dados via Kafka (Amazon MSK), consumindo dados analíticos vindos do GCP para a AWS.Modelar, manipular e otimizar dados em PostgreSQL (Amazon RDS), com SQL avançado e stored procedures.Aplicar regras de negócio aos dados, incluindo a implementação de motores de regras.Atuar no roteamento e na distribuição de dados via eventos e arquitetura Apache Iceberg.Participar dos refinamentos técnicos, traduzindo necessidades de negócio em soluções, mesmo quando o contexto ainda não está todo definido.Garantir a qualidade do que entrega: testes unitários, atenção a métricas e vulnerabilidades e revisão de código dos colegas.Usar IA no dia a dia de desenvolvimento (somos um time IA First), com olhar crítico sobre o que ela entrega.

Requisitos e qualificações Experiência sólida como pessoa desenvolvedora back-end ou engenheira de dados em nível sênior ou acima.Vivência prática com Kafka ou outra arquitetura orientada a eventos.Domínio de PostgreSQL e SQL avançado; experiência com stored procedures.Experiência com AWS.Prática com testes automatizados e qualidade de código.[Linguagem de programação principal]Facilidade para transitar entre técnica e negócio, com visão sistêmica.Adaptabilidade, proatividade e conforto com ambientes em construção.Será um diferencialExperiência com Apache Iceberg, lakehouse ou outras arquiteturas de dados modernas.Vivência com supply chain, planejamento de demanda ou S&OP.Experiência com motores de regras.Uso de ferramentas de IA para desenvolvimento, como Cursor ou similares.
