Nessa função o ponto focal será para a gestão e otimização das nossas operações nos marketplaces, visando o aumento da visibilidade, geração e receita, conversão de vendas e aprimoramento da experiência do cliente.Se você se identifica com essa vaga, não deixe de realizar o seu cadastro, é sua oportunidade de desenvolvimento dentro da área de E-commerce no Grupo Brinox.Responsabilidades e atribuiçõesAtuar como principal ponto de contato junto aos marketplaces, estabelecendo um plano de ação em conjunto para atingir resultados.Realizar o planejamento e operacionalização de campanhas, incluindo precificação e posicionamento estratégico nas plataformas.Elaborar relatórios periódicos de desempenho dos marketplaces, fornecendo insights e análises relevantes.Realizar pesquisas de mercado para identificar tendências, concorrência e oportunidades de crescimento nos marketplaces.Colaborar com as equipes de marketing, estoque e atendimento ao cliente para garantir uma experiência de compra online excepcional para os clientes.Manter-se atualizado(a) sobre as melhores práticas de e-commerce e tendências nos marketplaces, buscando constantemente aprimorar as estratégias e táticas utilizadas. Cadastrar, revisar e otimizar anúncios de produtos;Monitorar o desempenho dos produtos e atuar na melhoria do ranking e da conversão; Gerenciar a operação Full (FBA), acompanhando estoque armazenado, vendas, reposição e abastecimento;

Requisitos e qualificaçõesObrigatório:Graduação completa em Administração de Empresas, Economia, Engenharias, Marketing e/ou áreas a fins.Experiência em gestão de Marketplaces e E-commerce.Familiaridade com os principais marketplaces, suas políticas e melhores práticas.Habilidades analíticas sólidas, com a capacidade de interpretar dados e extrair insights acionáveis.Será um diferencial:Vivência em plataformas de Marketplace.Conhecimento em Tráfego Pago/ Ads Informações adicionaisEsta vaga destina-se para a unidade Matriz do Grupo Brinox, em Caxias do Sul- RS.
