  • Asesorar a la empresa en la interpretación y aplicación de las normas laborales vigentes.
  • Elaborar, revisar y actualizar contratos de trabajo, adendas, reglamentos internos, políticas y procedimientos laborales.
  • Gestionar y dar seguimiento a procesos disciplinarios, investigaciones internas y terminaciones laborales.
  • Representar a la empresa ante autoridades laborales, tribunales y organismos administrativos cuando sea requerido.
  • Atender inspecciones, auditorías y requerimientos de entidades gubernamentales relacionadas con temas laborales.
  • Elaborar opiniones jurídicas sobre situaciones laborales complejas o de alto riesgo.
  • Brindar capacitación a líderes y colaboradores sobre legislación laboral, gestión disciplinaria, acoso laboral, discriminación y otras materias legales.
  • Dar seguimiento a procesos de conciliación, mediación y resolución de conflictos laborales.
  • Analizar cambios en la legislación laboral y proponer acciones para garantizar el cumplimiento normativo.
  • Supervisar la correcta gestión documental de expedientes laborales y procesos legales.
  • Participar en negociaciones con trabajadores, representantes sindicales o autoridades laborales cuando corresponda.
  • Apoyar a las diferentes áreas de la organización en consultas relacionadas con relaciones laborales y cumplimiento legal

Requisitos

Formación académica

  • Licenciatura en Derecho y Ciencias Políticas.
  • Idoneidad profesional emitida por la Corte Suprema de Justicia de Panamá.
  • Deseable especialización o maestría en Derecho Laboral, Seguridad Social o Recursos Humanos

Experiencia profesional

  • De 3 a 5 años de experiencia mínima en materia laboral.
  • Manejo de procesos ante el Ministerio de Trabajo y Desarrollo Laboral (MITRADEL).
  • Experiencia en elaboración y revisión de contratos laborales.
  • Conocimiento en gestión de procesos disciplinarios y terminaciones laborales.
  • Experiencia en conciliaciones, negociaciones y resolución de conflictos laborales.

Conocimientos técnicos

  • Código de Trabajo de Panamá.
  • Legislación laboral vigente.
  • Normas de Seguridad Social (Caja de Seguro Social).
  • Procedimientos ante MITRADEL.
  • Elaboración de reglamentos internos y políticas laborales.
  • Manejo de investigaciones internas y cumplimiento laboral.
  • Conocimientos de relaciones sindicales (deseable).
