Gosta de organização, de liderar pessoas e de manter tudo em ordem nos bastidores? Essa vaga é pra você!Buscamos um(a) Encarregado(a) de Estoque para o Pantanal Free Shop. Você vai coordenar e executar o recebimento, a armazenagem, a conferência e a movimentação das mercadorias. O objetivo é que o estoque físico confira com o sistema e com os controles exigidos pela Receita Federal.Sua missão é manter o estoque organizado, abastecer a loja no tempo certo e reduzir perdas. Você dará suporte à equipe de vendas e à gerência, para que a operação funcione sem rupturas e dentro das regras do regime de loja franca.Venha fazer parte do time!

Responsabilidades e atribuiçõesCoordenar o recebimento das mercadorias, conferindo quantidade, lote, validade e estado dos produtos com a nota fiscal e os documentos de importação.Registrar entradas, saídas e transferências no sistema, mantendo o estoque físico igual ao estoque do sistema.Garantir o cumprimento das regras aduaneiras do regime de loja franca no controle das mercadorias, apoiando as fiscalizações da Receita Federal.Organizar a armazenagem por categoria e endereço, seguindo a ordem de saída por validade (primeiro que vence, primeiro que sai).Cuidar do armazenamento correto de produtos sensíveis, como perfumes, bebidas, chocolates e eletrônicos (temperatura, empilhamento e segurança).Programar e acompanhar o abastecimento da loja junto com a Supervisão de Vendas, evitando falta de produtos nas prateleiras.Planejar e conduzir inventários gerais e rotativos, apurando e justificando as divergências.Controlar avarias, vencimentos e perdas, fazendo os registros e tratativas definidos pela empresa.Acompanhar os níveis de estoque e informar o setor de Compras sobre necessidade de reposição, itens parados e excesso de estoque.Organizar as devoluções a fornecedores e as transferências entre lojas, com a documentação correta.Distribuir as tarefas da equipe de estoque, acompanhar a execução e organizar escala, folgas e férias.Treinar a equipe nos processos de recebimento, armazenagem, sistema e segurança.Manter o estoque limpo, organizado e com acesso restrito a pessoas autorizadas.Zelar pelo uso correto de equipamentos (paleteira, escadas, empilhadeira, coletores) e pelas normas de segurança do trabalho.Emitir relatórios de movimentação, inventário e perdas para a gerência.Apoiar a gerência na preparação para auditorias internas e fiscalizações.
