Objetivo

Ensinar e operar agentes de IA usados por redes de cinema, transformando o conhecimento do negócio em respostas confiáveis sobre bilheteria e atendimento.

Principais Atividades

Ensinar os agentes

• Orientar as áreas a transformar seu conhecimento em manuais, contextos e materiais que os agentes consigam aprender.

• Desenhar as conversas: objetivo, tom, perfil do usuário e experiência esperada.

Operar e evoluir

• Configurar e manter os agentes no n8n: prompts, ferramentas e consultas SQL, em parceria com BI e Tecnologia.

• Testar, monitorar as conversas reais e transformar cada falha em correção e em novo caso de teste.

• Registrar prompts, protocolos e decisões em ambiente corporativo, sem depender de uma pessoa ou de contas pessoais.

Trabalhar com as áreas

• Ser referência para Comercial, Suporte, Marketing e Educação, comunicando novidades e recebendo feedback.

• Levantar necessidades, manter o backlog de IA e levar as prioridades à liderança de Produto.

• Criar métodos e boas práticas que outras equipes possam reutilizar.

O que buscamos

• 5 anos ou mais em produto, dados, operações, CX ou consultoria.

• Experiência prática com IA generativa e agentes em produção.

• SQL para consultar e validar dados de negócio.

• Pensamento crítico, boa comunicação e facilidade para orientar pessoas.

• Autonomia, senso de dono e gosto por trabalhar em equipe.

Diferenciais

• n8n ou outra ferramenta de automação low-code.

• Conversation Design e experiência com atendimento ou suporte.

• Experiência no setor de cinema.
